CLARIFICATION STATEMENT ON SUSPECTED TELEPHONE FRAUD
It has come to our notice that there have been recent incidents of telephone fraud pertaining to the sale and promotion of our hotel rooms and other packages. Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited hereby declare that we and all of our Macau properties, including City of Dreams, Altira Macau and Studio City have not authorized any person or company of any origin to conduct any telesales/marketing of our hotel packages for and on our behalf.
We at Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited will reserve the right to take legal action against any person and/or company that infringes on our corporate identity and/or exploits the use of our properties’ names and other intellectual properties.
Should you encounter a suspicious telephone call, please report the incident to the local police immediately. Should you feel uncertain, please contact our customer service department for enquiries.
